Sewing and Sedatives

Hello All,
I'm looking for referrals for two things: a seamstress and a natural sedative. I can't get fresh milk at work anymore, which is what I normally drink if I want something calming during the day. Does anyone know of a natural sedative that works? Subtle is good, I'm not looking for a sleeping pill.

Also, does anyone know of a good seamstress? I need to have some dresses taken in.

Cool.

P.S. The test went fine :-)

Have you tried hibiscus tea? I used to drink that to mellow out.

Rather then a sedative to calm you, take magnesium, the agent in milk that helps to relax you. You can get those "Emergency" packets and mix with water...it also includes other minerals you need for your body.

hibiscus is good. Valerian may be overkill, but hey, you know how stressed you are.
